The rooms at Montan Hakata offer a variety of options to accommodate different group sizes and needs, including double, family, quadruple, single, and twin rooms, as well as a well-equipped kitchenette and a bed in a dormitory. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning, an electric kettle, a balcony with city views, and a private bathroom with a bath. The number of beds in each room varies, with options ranging from 1 to 4 beds, and some rooms also feature tatami flooring and soundproofing for added comfort.
